There’s no doubt that one of the most unique parts of Austin has been the Castle Hill Graffiti Gallery.

Located at 1008 Baylor Street in Austin, this site was formally a failed condo development which soon became a major destination for graffiti artists from around the world because here you can tag to your hearts desire without fear of the getting arrested.

Reverting Back to A Housing Development

Also known as the Hope Outdoor Gallery, this location will soon become a thing of the past because the land will revert back to what it was originally intended for, a housing development, because the owners of the land have filed a permit and development is scheduled to begin in June.

The good news is that the Hope Outdoor Gallery is moving to a new location at Carson Creek Ranch so that the outdoor gallery can continue.

What Can We Expect from The Development Of 1008 Baylor Street?

Once the work starts on developing 1008 Baylor Street, the location of the former Hope Outdoor Gallery, many people have wondered what the new condo development is going to look like.
